These Terms of Use govern access to and use of katygutterpros.com, including its educational content and estimate-request features. The website operates under the Katy Gutter Pros name, referred to in these Terms as “Katy Gutter Pros,” “the publisher,” “we,” “us” or “our.”
By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information. These Terms preserve rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
The publisher’s role
Katy Gutter Pros is an independent information and contractor-matching website. It is not a gutter contractor and does not inspect, install, repair, clean or maintain gutters. It does not employ or control providers that may receive a request.
The website may facilitate an introduction between a property owner and an independent provider. That introduction does not make the provider an employee, agent, partner or subcontractor of Katy Gutter Pros. It also does not make Katy Gutter Pros a party to the property owner’s agreement with the provider.
Eligibility and authority
The website is intended for adults. By submitting a request, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to request contact concerning the property or project described. Do not submit another person’s contact information without permission.
Estimate requests and contact
When you submit an estimate request, you ask the publisher and any recipient accurately identified or categorized in the form disclosure to process the request and contact you about it through the methods you select.
A submission does not guarantee:
- routing to a provider;
- provider contact or a particular response time;
- an inspection, appointment or estimate;
- provider availability or acceptance;
- a specific scope, product, price or warranty; or
- any project result.
You may decline contact and are not required to hire a recipient. Consent to submit a request is not a condition of buying gutter services from anyone else.
The publisher may reject, limit or stop processing requests that appear incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, outside current routing fit or inconsistent with these Terms.
Independent providers
Any provider that contacts you operates independently and is responsible for its own identity, personnel, credentials, insurance, service territory, inspections, advice, proposals, permits, materials, workmanship, safety, scheduling, payments and warranties.
Unless a specific written verification statement says otherwise, Katy Gutter Pros does not represent that it has conducted universal license, insurance, background, complaint, review or financial screening. A match is not an endorsement or a statement that a provider is qualified for every project.
Before hiring, you are responsible for evaluating the provider and the proposed work. Consider obtaining an itemized written scope, verifying credentials and insurance where relevant, confirming permit or HOA responsibilities, reviewing payment and change-order terms, and understanding who provides each warranty.

Provider agreements and disputes
A contract for inspection, products or gutter work is between you and the independent provider. Questions, changes, cancellations, payments, refunds, damage claims, warranty claims and disputes related to that work must be addressed under the provider’s agreement and applicable law.
Katy Gutter Pros does not set or collect a provider’s project charges, hold project funds, supervise work or guarantee resolution of a provider dispute unless a future service expressly states otherwise in accurate written terms.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
Educational content
Website content is general information, not a property-specific diagnosis, design or guarantee. Conditions such as roof geometry, structural damage, drainage, grading, soil, utilities, electrical hazards, permitting and code requirements may require an on-site assessment or help from another qualified professional.
The content is not engineering, architectural, foundation, legal, tax, insurance or emergency advice. Do not delay emergency assistance or qualified professional advice because of something read on this website.
Although the publisher aims to provide useful and current material, information may contain errors, become outdated or not apply to your property. External links are provided for context and do not imply control of or responsibility for third-party content.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business research and genuine service inquiries. You may not:
- submit false, deceptive or unauthorized information;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent authority over a property;
- use forms for spam, sales solicitation, recruiting or harassment;
- probe, disrupt, overload or bypass website security;
- introduce malicious code or automate abusive requests;
- scrape or republish substantial portions of the site in violation of applicable law;
- interfere with another user or recipient; or
- use the website to violate law or another person’s rights.
Reasonable security testing requires prior written authorization.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, organization, design elements, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. No ownership right is transferred.
Names, logos, quotations and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Permitted quotation, linking and other lawful uses are not restricted beyond applicable law.
Commercial relationships

Those arrangements may affect which available recipient receives a request. Compensation does not make the publisher the contractor and does not guarantee that a recipient is the best provider for you.

Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The publisher does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, a match, provider performance or a specific property outcome.
No statement on the website creates a workmanship, product, merchantability, fitness, response-time, savings, drainage, flood-prevention or foundation-protection guarantee from Katy Gutter Pros. Any warranty offered by an independent provider or manufacturer is governed by that party’s own written terms.
Some laws do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of providers or for the negotiation, performance or outcome of a provider agreement. This includes provider statements, inspections, pricing, scheduling, work, property damage, injuries, payment disputes and warranties.
The publisher does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that applicable law does not permit a party to waive. This section must be interpreted consistently with those rights.
Privacy
Information handling is governed by the privacy policy. Estimate-request information may be shared as described in that policy and the lead-routing disclosure. Do not submit sensitive information the form does not request.
Changes and availability
The publisher may update the website and these Terms to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. Updated Terms should display a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent allowed by law and with any additional notice or consent legally required.
The publisher may suspend or discontinue all or part of the website. This does not change obligations already established in a separate agreement between you and an independent provider.
Severability and no waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, it should be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions should continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
